About the Role Colibri Health is seeking an experienced Gastroenterologist to join its Advisory Board. As an advisor, you will help guide our clinical strategy around obesity-related gastrointestinal disease, digestive health, nutrition, and multidisciplinary metabolic care. Why Your Expertise Matters Obesity affects nearly every aspect of digestive health. It increases the risk of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), Barrett's esophagus, gallstone disease, pancreatitis, colorectal cancer, metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), and numerous other gastrointestinal conditions. As newer obesity medications become increasingly utilized, gastroenterologists also play an important role in understanding gastrointestinal side effects, nutritional considerations, and appropriate patient management. Your expertise will help Colibri Health continue delivering comprehensive obesity care that improves both metabolic and digestive health. Responsibilities Advise on obesity-related gastrointestinal care. Review clinical pathways involving digestive disorders. Provide guidance on nutrition-related GI considerations. Support evidence-based patient education. Review emerging clinical literature relevant to obesity and digestive health. Participate in quarterly advisory meetings. Preferred Qualifications Board Certified in Gastroenterology Experience treating patients with obesity-related GI disease Interest in digital health and multidisciplinary care Academic or clinical leadership experience preferred Time Commitment Approximately 1-3 hours per month.
