Hvac Service Technician

We are seeking two seasoned commercial HVAC service technicians with experience in cooling towers, roof tops, heat pumps, boilers, chillers, and water loops. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience, preferably in a commercial setting. While a JM or Master License is preferred, it is not required.

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems including cooling towers, rooftops, heat pumps, boilers, chillers, and water loops.
• Perform preventive maintenance and field service tasks.
• Handle installation and repair work using hand tools.
• Respond to service trouble calls and work on-call shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.

• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC service, with a preference for commercial experience.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, service, construction, installation, and repair.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and field service.

• Possession of a JM or Master License is a plus.
• A strong, positive attitude with eagerness, drive, and a willingness to grow.

The role requires flexibility to work on service trouble calls and HVAC preventive maintenance tasks, including on-call shifts that could extend into the evenings and weekends. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday during the day, unless emergencies arise.

This is a Permanent position based out of Chesapeake, VA.

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $75000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
