Beyond the screen, our team is deeply embedded in the studio process, supporting branded content shoots through storyboarding, visualization, and creative development from initial concept to final post-production. The Ideal Candidate As a Kreber Designer, you will transform business objectives into smart, visually compelling creative across both physical and digital spaces. We are looking for a dynamic creative with a sharp design eye, a passion for studio content creation, and skills in typography, branding, e-commerce initiatives, and basic motion graphics. Key Responsibilities Creative Excellence: Deliver high-caliber design solutions that exceed client expectations, align with brand voice, and demonstrate superior attention to detail. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with art directors, copywriters, and the Kreber studio team to bring ideas to life across campaigns, pitches, and photo/video capture. Brand Stewardship: Develop, maintain, and safeguard brand integrity through the creation of brand guidelines, templates, and toolkits. Studio & Art Direction: Research and develop photo/video art direction plans, construct storyboards, and design high-level moodboards to guide production. Project Management: Simultaneously oversee multiple complex projects, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and client goals are met without losing craft. Innovation: Stay at the forefront of design, social trends and emerging technologies Required Experience & Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (or a related creative field) and a proven track record as a Designer with 2-3 years of professional experience. A Strong Portfolio : Featuring exceptional design fundamentals (typography, layout, visual hierarchy) and project work across print, digital, and social channels. Technical Expertise : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma. Modern Workflow: Experience utilizing AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate ideation and content development. Soft Skills: A collaborative, positive energy with the ability to move fast, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with motion design, simple animation, or designing/concepting social video content.
