Job Description Job Description Marko Dental Arts – Dental Lab Technician Marko Dental Arts is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician to join our growing team. We are a small, quality-focused dental laboratory where every team member plays an important role. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to work independently, eager to learn, and comfortable performing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous dental laboratory experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a desire to learn. Schedule Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Responsibilities Perform general dental laboratory and office duties Fabricate and finish dental models Create diagnostic wax-ups Invest and press lithium disilicate restorations Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with additional laboratory tasks as needed Qualifications Dental laboratory experience preferred, but not required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Willingness to learn new techniques and processes Positive attitude and reliable attendance Ability to multitask and stay organized in a small team environment Why Join Marko Dental Arts?
