Join Our Team as a Service Technician!
We are seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in providing top-notch technical support across a wide range of industries, from consumer electronics to medical equipment and packaging machinery.
What Youll Do:
- Serve as a hands-on service technician managing on-site installations, repairs, maintenance, and testing tasks.
- Coordinate transportation, installation, and repair of equipment for various clients, ensuring every project runs smoothly.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions, demonstrating your troubleshooting expertise.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports and document the entire problem-solving process, from initial request to final resolution.
- Oversee technical support initiatives, including call center operations, assisting with training and management when needed.
- Continuously learn and apply knowledge of supported software and hardware to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven technical troubleshooting ability and familiarity with tools like DVMs, oscilloscopes, and power meters.
- Experience in desktop and network support is preferred.
- Strong initiative, diligence, and a commitment to resolving technical problems with excellence.
- AA degree or higher required
- Technical Certifications are a plus.
