Position Overview/Duties This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as accounting technical expert for the Walla Walla District Revolving Fund or Civil Works activity. Advises on specialized Revolving Fund activities such as facility account management, distribution of costs to civil funded projects, labor and payroll accounts.
