If you're thorough, detail‑oriented, and eager to make a tangible impact, this role is for you.CompensationPay: $15.00-$25.00 per hourBenefitsMedical insurance and HSADental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurancePaid holidays and PTO401(k) with company matchAnd many moreAre You a Good Fit?As a Utility Detail Specialist, you will:Clean and detail equipment exteriorsWax, buff, and restore surfacesVacuum interiors and clean upholsteryInspect units for dings, dents, or scratchesTouch up blemishes using paint and repair materialsUse cleaners, agents, and revitalizers for tough stainsApply tire dressing and clean engine compartmentsEnsure decals and stickers are properly appliedReplace damaged or missing partsMaintain organized tools and workspacesYour role is essential in keeping our inventory looking great and performing at its best.QualificationsForklift certificationAbility to operate equipment (garden tractors to large combines)Basic knowledge of equipment safety practicesAbility to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in various temperaturesAbility to walk, stand, bend, and operate a high‑pressure washer for long periodsWillingness to perform multiple duties as assignedAbout UsSince 1996, 21st Century Equipment LLC has empowered farmers with cutting‑edge agricultural equipment and innovative solutions.
