Records all applicable information as directed Responsible for identifying and isolating questionable product Responsible for assuring daily quality activities and required tasks are performed in their area Responsible for monitoring and documenting HACCP, GMP and SSOP regulations in their area Responsible for verifying all documentation in each area is according to regulations and is complete prior to pre-shipment verifications Responsible for assuring each pallet of product processed is pre-shipment verified prior to leaving the floor Responsible for obtaining finished product samples for the laboratory Responsible for assuring products processed meet all in plant food safety requirements This is a safety sensitive position An Equal Opportunity Employer to include women, minorities, veterans and persons with disabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
