Flexible Shelter Staff Substitute (Trauma‑Informed)

Sarah's Circle is seeking an On-Call Substitute Shelter Staff member to support the Interim Housing program in Chicago. This on‑call role offers flexible scheduling, with shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. Substitutes may work up to 32 hours per week and sign up via a phone app. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, de-escalation, monitoring spaces, assisting with meals, admin tasks, and volunteering coordination.
