Dealer Services Specialist II (Manheim San Francisco Bay) $5,000 Sign On Bonus

Dealer Services Specialist II Position located at Manheim, part of Cox Automotive. The role is an individual contributor requiring onsite presence at a specified Cox location; no remote option. Eligible for additional compensation such as commission or incentive program. Compensation Hourly base pay range: $24.09 - $36.11 per hour. Rate may vary based on location, candidate knowledge, skills, and abilities. Responsibilities Represent the dealer sales lane on auction days. Promote Manheim products and services to dealer clients. Assist dealers in preparing vehicles for auction. Negotiate bids, consult on pricing, and provide reconditioning advice. Resolve problems and serve as the friendly face for clients. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field; alternative combinations of education and experience accepted. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform at a high level in a fast‑paced team environment. Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 15 pounds. Vision requirements: ability to see close, far, and in color; judge distances; adapt focus changes. Preferred: 1‑3 years of auction experience or 2‑4 years of dealership experience; prior sales support role and bilingual English/Spanish. Benefits Competitive hourly pay.
