Dental Assistant – 2+ Years of Experience Preferred

Elite Dental Club is seeking a dependable and caring Dental Assistant to join our small, family-like private practice. We are looking for someone who values building relationships with patients and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.

Our practice focuses on providing honest, high-quality dental care — not sales or upselling. We do not participate with dental insurance plans, allowing us to focus on recommending treatment based on each patient’s individual needs rather than insurance limitations.

Responsibilities include:

Providing excellent chairside assistance for general dentistry and implant procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining strict sterilization protocols
Taking digital X-rays and assisting with clinical procedures
Helping patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visits
Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting efficient office flow
Working closely with doctors and team members in a positive environment

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a private practice setting where teamwork and patient relationships come first
Experience with digital dentistry and Open Dental is a plus
