Outpatient primary care coverage focused on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention (per Order notes)
Average volume noted as 12 completed visits per day (per Order notes)
EMR: AthenaOne (per Order notes)
Spanish preferred (per Order notes)
Site Support
MA support noted as 1.5 MAs per clinician (per Order notes)
Required Qualifications
Physician (MD or DO) (per Order notes)
