CT Technologist

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Day shift: 3x12 hours (09:30 AM - 10:00 PM), with an every other weekend requirement.

Job Description: The CT Technologist will perform high-quality imaging procedures using advanced GE scanner equipment, including the preparation and administration of contrast media. The role requires proficiency in various imaging techniques and a commitment to maintaining radiation safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans of various body parts and systems.
• Administer contrast material and monitor patient reactions.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Document patient history and scan results accurately.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure excellent patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant CT imaging experience.
• Valid ARRT certification in CT.
• Experience with GE scanners and EPIC charting system preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
