TEXAS: Raytheon Technologies – Entry‑Level RF Engineer – Tucson, AZ (Onsite) Responsibilities Develop antenna or radome hardware requirements. Work with interdisciplinary engineering teams (thermal, structural, mechanical, systems, etc.). Collaborate with antenna manufacturing suppliers. Model and simulate antennas on workstations and high‑performance computing resources (HPC). Interpret simulation or measurement data to verify performance against requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field. Experience or coursework in RF and electromagnetic theory. Proficiency with modeling and simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi, or GRASP. Knowledge of designing GPS antenna systems and conformal antennas. Programming skills in Python, MATLAB, or similar high‑level scientific languages. Experience with high‑performance computing environments and schedulers such as SLURM. U.S. citizenship required; U.S. government‑issued security clearance (Secret) required prior to start. Preferred: ABET accreditation and a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
