- Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, or families
- Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely client documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Use secure telehealth tools to deliver professional care
- Collaborate with internal support teams when appropriate
- Active Washington LICSW license
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Experience providing clinical counseling or therapy
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a remote care setting
- 2 weeks PTO
