Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Idaho

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Eastern Idaho

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 36 hours per week guaranteed, 13-week assignment. Rotating shifts with flexible scheduling between 0630-2300 Monday through Friday, with weekend and call coverage. Call shifts include two evening/night shifts per week (2-12 hours) and two weekend shifts per month (8-12 hours). Maximum of 60 combined work and call hours per week.

• 13 state-of-the-art operating rooms supporting diverse surgical specialties including trauma, burn, neuro, cardiac, and robotic procedures
• Average 50 hours of surgical time Monday through Friday with comprehensive case exposure across all surgical specialties
• Collaborative team environment with 25 RNs and 29 CSTs, fostering forward-thinking and team-oriented culture
• Meditech EMR system with AORN-compliant standards and practices
• Exposure to high-acuity burn patients, damage control resuscitative surgery, and advanced neuro and cardiac cases
• Equitable call distribution with rotating weekend coverage every four weeks

Requirements:

• Active Idaho RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 3+ years of operating room experience
• Trauma experience required
• BLS certification current and valid
• Flexibility with shift scheduling and call coverage
• CNOR certification preferred
• Experience in burn, robotic, and neuro procedures highly desirable
• Strong critical thinking skills with open, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
