Repair / Claims Technician Responsibilities: Travel to customer sites to inspect and complete repairs on staircases, treads, and related products Diagnose issues, determine necessary repairs, and ensure high-quality workmanship Utilize hand and power tools to perform carpentry tasks with precision Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure expectations are met Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring job site safety Minimum Qualifications: Experience in carpentry, woodworking, or related trade Proficiency with hand and power tools Ability to troubleshoot and solve repair issues efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed Join Summit Stairs & Millwork and become part of a team dedicated to excellence in craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
