Position Summary The Physical Therapist provides high-quality, individualized care to patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. This role combines autonomy in patient management with collaboration across a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes and a superior patient experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and functional movement assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices Deliver therapy through manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, and modalities Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Communicate effectively with referring providers and healthcare team members Educate patients and families on diagnoses, recovery goals, and home programs Document care accurately and promptly in the EMR Support preventative care and promote long-term wellness Qualifications Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Master’s degree required; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills Proficiency with EMR and documentation systems Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr HealthOp Solutions
