This role is primarily remote, providing the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a proactive and responsive approach in an outpatient setting. Although remote, you will remain integrated with your team, utilizing technology to ensure effective communication and continuity of care. You will engage with clients and collaborate with healthcare professionals through telehealth platforms, promoting an agile and responsive therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Document client interactions and assessments promptly, ensuring records are completed on the same day to better track care and intervention effectiveness.

  • Complete critical incident reporting forms within 24 hours, maintaining a high standard of accountability and trauma-informed care.
  • \n
  • Participate in after-hours care coordination support on an alternating basis for emergency situations, assisting clients in crisis and ensuring they have access to the necessary resources.
  • \n
  • Proactively work with clients to develop strategies that mitigate the need for crisis services, thereby promoting stability and self-efficacy.
  • \n
  • Maintain and manage crisis alerts consistent with county crisis service protocols, ensuring a well-coordinated response for at-risk participants.
  • \n
  • Facilitate hospital and inpatient service transitions, coordinating discharge with hospital staff to ensure seamless continuity of care for clients returning to outpatient services.
  • \n
  • Utilize crisis de-escalation techniques effectively during protracted interactions as the Clinician of the Day, providing support to clients and addressing any immediate concerns.
  • \n
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety planning with clients, documenting findings to track progress and inform future therapeutic interventions.

The clients you will serve range from individuals seeking crisis intervention to those in need of ongoing mental health support. Your role will involve working with a diverse population, including adults and families, who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

  • A valid independent license in the state where you reside (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
