Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in executing tailored treatment plans based on patient assessments, focusing on recovery milestones and functional skill development.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and guided stretches, ensuring patient safety and support throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Administer various modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy to alleviate pain and promote healing.
• Carefully monitor and document patient progress, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) to track improvements and report back to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients on injury prevention techniques and design personalized home exercise programs to encourage ongoing recovery and wellness.
