Administrative Assistant

The Moberly Area Economic Development Corporation is seeking a qualified, reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This person will support our President and Board of Directors by handling daily clerical tasks and keeping operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is friendly, pays strong attention to detail, and communicates clearly. Key Responsibilities Communication: Answer phone calls, greet office visitors, and manage incoming emails. Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, maintain executive calendars, and arrange travel plans. Document Management: Prepare reports, update digital and physical filing systems, and perform data entry. Office Logistics: Order office supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors. Financial Support: Process basic invoices and organize expense reports. Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred). Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar office role. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
