SDS Registered Nurse (RN) - Pre-Op and Phase 2 RecoveryThis position involves 5 × 8-hour shifts per week, totaling 40 hours. Shift times include 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, and 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM. Weekend call is required with 24-hour coverage from 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM.The SDS RN is responsible for the pre-operative phase of care for surgical patients, which includes verifying consents and assessing patients, including medication reviews.
