Shift Manager

Job Responsibilities Manage restaurant controls such as labor cost, inventory, and cash procedures on a daily basis. Follow and enforce all restaurant safety and security policies and procedures. Coach and follow‑up on crew to ensure excellent operations. Assist in the growth and development of employees inside the restaurant. Support the General Manager with setting and achieving store goals. Successfully manage a department such as Kitchen, People, or Guest Services. Create and complete goals for individual departments. Assist with quality hiring, staffing, and retention. Food safety and internal communication. Inventory management. Daily maintenance and cleanliness. Managing crew. Quality food production. Exceptional customer service. Scheduling. Training. Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older, flexible with scheduling, positive team players, and passionate about working in a fast‑paced environment.
