• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to gather information regarding clients' substance abuse histories, mental health conditions, and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and co-occurring mental health issues, tailoring approaches to fit individual client circumstances.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI).

• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and case managers to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Educate and support clients' families, promoting active involvement and understanding of the recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in line with regulatory standards and ethical practices, ensuring compliance at all times.
