Regional Human Resources Director

Dormont Manufacturing Company

As the Hub’s Regional Human Resources Director, you will design and lead HR strategy, programs, and services for the Hub’s global community of more than 300 professionals across ten countries. Responsibilities Lead people strategy, serving as a strategic partner, thought leader, and change agent for the Hub. Translate business needs into people-oriented solutions and provide guidance on people initiatives and organizational opportunities. Attract and retain top talent through employee engagement strategies and continuous improvement of the onboarding experience. Oversee leadership pipeline and succession planning activity for the Hub. Manage, develop, and mentor the Hub HR team, including team members in other locations. Collaborate with Hub HR Centers of Excellence to develop recruiting, learning, talent development programs, and initiatives. Execute HR and talent programs, initiatives, tools, and technologies across the Hub. Innovate processes, share best practices, and adapt to regional differences within the Hub. Resolve Employee Relations issues promptly and keep leaders informed through professional development plans and developmental reviews. Partner with regional HR Business Partners on Hub needs and manage global recruiting for the Hub. Lead compensation setting (bonuses and base salaries) for the 300+ Hub members, collaborating with the firmwide compensation team. Work with the HR Operations Director on the Hub’s HR budget and expenses. Collaborate with the Hub’s Regional Operating Officer to align operations, finance, and HR processes. Serve as a valued partner in strategic planning alongside Hub Studio leaders. Understand Hub studio strategies and support resource deployment decisions across the Hub. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. 15+ years of HR experience with strategic and operational expertise in core HR functions. Demonstrated success in recruiting, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and talent management. Experience building HR programs from the ground up or transforming an HR organization to best‑in‑class status. Strong business acumen and proven record of partnering with and influencing all levels of leadership. Ability to measure and track HR effectiveness through key metrics and performance indicators. Excellent communication, organizational, and emotional intelligence skills. Agile and comfortable in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Preference for experience with AI‑powered HR technologies and a global organizational context. Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) credential or equivalent is desirable.
