Charge LVN Nurse - Frontline Care Leader (6am-2pm)

Regency Integrated Health Services in Elgin, TX is seeking an LVN Charge Nurse to support quality resident care during a 6am–2pm shift. You will assist in implementing care plans and monitoring resident status as determined by assessments and plans of care. Responsibilities include rounds observations, administering medications, coordinating with physicians, supervising aides, and completing incident reports.
