Sales Outfitter - Camo

Position Summary The Sales Outfitter performs various selling and customer service activities, such as greeting and acknowledging all customers promptly and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information, assistance, and direction to customers. Essential Functions Support a strong commitment to world‑class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. Demonstrate products to customers. Replenish product on shelves as required per merchandising guidelines. Maintain product knowledge and remain a product expert through ongoing training. Be aware of advertised sales, maintain pricing and signing. Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves. Restock merchandise as required. Keep work area clean, neat, and well stocked with supplies. Follow all company policies and procedures. Provide a legendary experience for every customer by assisting customers in making buying decisions through identifying and evaluating their needs, recommending products, and promoting programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick‑up. Experience & Qualifications Minimum degree required: high school education or equivalent experience. Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change. Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, co‑workers and customers. Ability to operate a computerized point of sale register system. Physical Requirements Constantly stand and/or walk during shift. Occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc. Constantly communicate with others to exchange information. Occasionally repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Occasionally operate machinery and/or power tools. Occasionally operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment. Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds; may occasionally move and lift objects up to 100 pounds or more (using a team lift as needed). Occasionally work in tight and confined spaces. Occasionally work in noisy environments. Independent Judgment Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments. Often makes recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices. Pay & Benefits Starting pay rate: $17.00 - $19.75 (full time).
