You'll oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, and represent the TileBar brand with excellence and style.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.Lead and mentor a talented team to exceed sales targets and deliver world-class serviceBuild strong relationships with designers, contractors, and homeownersCurate personalized design consultations and host in-showroom eventsOwn all aspects of showroom operations—from staffing to customer engagement to profitabilityAct as a brand ambassador in the local design communityQualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.5+ years in sales leadership, preferably in retail, design, or luxury home goodsProven track record of hitting sales goals and developing top talentDeep understanding of customer experience, consultative selling, and showroom operationsStrong business acumen with P&L management experienceA passion for design and an eye for premium aestheticsExperience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office SuiteTalent Standards for SuccessAt TileBar, how we work matters as much as what we achieve. Our employees also receive Paid Time Off (PTO), Holidays, and Personal Days.CompensationAnnual Base Salary Range: $105,000 to $115,000Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
