CMM OPERATOR

Job Title

Buckeye Shapeform is AS910 certified providing electronic enclosures to a variety of industries including audio/video, telecommunications, medical and transportation. Additionally, Buckeye Shapeform possesses precision deep draw metal forming capabilities providing mission critical components to military and aerospace applications.

Experience operating a CMM is required. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, and applicable GD&T requirements, CMM Programming experience, and dimensional layout skills are desired. Familiarity with Polyworks programming a plus. May additionally be responsible for conducting, as directed/delegated, tests, data collection, data entry, problem evaluation, SPC Analysis, charting, calibration, and summary, reports, as relates to manufactured and/or incoming products also process/internal auditing. Perform destructive/non-destructive tests on materials, parts, or products measuring performance or material characteristics, as required.

Qualifications: High School/Technical school, mathematical skills as related to the position, good organizational skills and must be detail oriented. The successful candidate must be proficient with computer skills including MS Office applications. At least one year of experience in a manufacturing quality environment; would consider a student in quality assurance technology.
