Responsibilities

· Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.

· Work directly with customers to build trust and create exceptional buying experiences.

· Desk deals and structure transactions to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Take manager T.O.'s and assist in closing deals.

· Train, mentor, and develop sales consultants through daily coaching and accountability.

· Monitor sales performance, CRM activity, and appointment processes.

· Complete trade appraisals and manage inventory acquisitions.

· Purchase vehicles through auctions, off-lease opportunities, wholesalers, and dealer trades.

· Partner with Finance, Service, and other departments to maximize dealership performance.

· Help drive department goals in volume, gross profit, CSI, and employee development.

Qualifications

· 2-3+ years of automotive dealership leadership experience required.

· Previous Sales Manager experience preferred.

· Proven track record of consistently achieving sales and profitability goals.

· Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

· Excellent phone and customer relationship skills.

· Experience desking deals and completing trade appraisals.

· Strong understanding of CRM processes and dealership operations.

· High-energy, positive attitude with a hands-on leadership approach.

· Commitment to integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
