Apartment Life | Part-Time | Dallas, TX (Oak Cliff)

This is a paid part-time position serving one apartment community.

Position Details

1. 8 hours/week at $21/hour
2. Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability required
3. Plan and host monthly events focused on wellness, enrichment, social connection, and stability
4. Connect residents with rental, food, and community resources
5. Partner with local businesses and organizations
6. Communicate with onsite staff and Apartment Life leadership
7. Submit monthly activity and impact reports

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop programs based on community needs.
2. Organize educational workshops and resident activities.
3. Meet with residents and connect them to helpful resources.
4. Maintain updated resource information for residents.
5. Ensure activities run smoothly and meet program goals.
6. Meet weekly with your supervisor and submit monthly reports.

Requirements

1. 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
2. Bachelor’s degree or related experience in event planning, social impact, or human services.
3. Strong communication and listening skills.
4. Basic computer and English proficiency.
5. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
6. Able to carry up to 25 lbs. and perform required physical duties.
7. Available for evenings/weekends and the required service commitment.

Preferred

1. Bilingual Spanish
2. Experience with at-risk populations
3. Event planning, budgeting, or social media experience
4. Network of volunteers, vendors, or community partners
