Clinical Nurse Consultant- NE Texas

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Clinical Nurse Consultant to educate healthcare providers on hematology and CAR T therapies across a six-state territory in the Northeast Texas region. The role involves field-based clinical education, relationship building with providers, and supporting product launches for serious blood disorders.

Responsibilities

Deliver in-depth disease state and CAR T therapy education through in-person and virtual interactions with healthcare providers
Develop and maintain relationships with hematology oncology thought leaders and patient support group leaders
Collect clinical insights and patient management experiences to inform franchise strategy
Utilize analytics to develop and evaluate clinical education plans, assess effectiveness, and adjust approaches as needed
Provide clinical support and presentations at professional oncology society meetings

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred
Minimum 5 years hematology oncology clinical experience in hospital or clinic settings
Current active nursing license and valid driver's license
Technical expertise in AML, lymphoma, MDS, myelofibrosis, and multiple myeloma
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
Demonstrated ability to present confidently to groups and engage diverse stakeholders

Compensation: $142,710 - $172,927 base
