Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Responsible for the accurate receiving, staging, andstorage of purchased parts and material. Ensures bills of lading (BOL) areaccurate and material condition is acceptable and/ or documented on the BOL.Maintains integrity in both the ERP system and the physical inventory throughtimely and accurate transactional/ physical processing. Specific expectations of aShipping and Receiving Clerk may include but not limited to: Job Description: Accurately receive in, store, and deliver materials in a timelymanner. Inspectmaterials upon receipt, label/ barcode materials accurately. Comparepurchase orders with packing lists for accuracy. Communicatereceiving issues with the purchasing department. Conductsinventory and cycle counts to ensure accuracy. Ability to usehand tools, power tools, powered industrial vehicles, hoists, and digitalscales. Demonstrate basic computer skills, keyboarding skills, and dataentry. Ability to learn the ERP system, and other systems as required. Ability to multi-task and complete tasks in a timely manner. Record keeping / must be well organized. Customer service minded, team and detail oriented, and driven tocontinually improve. Adheres to all safety and quality policies and practices. Ability to perform repetitivelifting. Stand and walk for prolongedperiods of time. Continuous use of arms and hands. Lift up to 50 pounds. Work indoors and outdoors invarious weather conditions. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalentpreferred Powered industrial vehicleexperience preferred (forklift, powered pallet jack, etc....) #J-18808-Ljbffr
