This full-time, contract opportunity is ideal for professionals committed to supporting student success through speech and language interventions. You'll collaborate with dedicated teams to craft and implement individualized treatment plans that foster communication growth and academic progress.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Current SLP license for the state of Georgia (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred, but CFY candidates will be considered
• Experience working with elementary-aged children in educational settings strongly valued
• Knowledge of conducting thorough assessments and developing effective IEPs
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic speech and language services to an elementary caseload
• Develop, monitor, and document progress on individualized treatment plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP development and reviews
• Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure student goals are being met
• Provide education and resources to staff and families regarding speech and language development
• Maintain detailed, compliant records and stay current with best practices
