Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily living activities
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed staff
• Assist with vital signs, such as taking temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide support and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain confidentiality
