SMT Operator: Precise Electronics Assembly & NPI Support

ACDi in Frederick, MD is seeking an SMT Operator to set up, maintain, and operate automated SMT equipment and participate in new product introductions. You will run pick-and-place lines, monitor quality, and collaborate with manufacturing engineering to improve processes. The role requires hands-on SMT experience, IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 training, and the ability to read work instructions.
