Senior Help Desk Analyst: On-Site IT Support Lead
Temple University Health System, Inc.
Temple Health is seeking a Sr. Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot Tier 1 issues on-site at Temple Heath Old Dental School, Philadelphia. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field, and 3 years of Help Desk experience with PC orientation and customer service. Experience with Windows operating systems and MS Office Suite is required. Hospital environment experience is preferred, and the role is on-site Monday through Friday at 3223 N #J-18808-Ljbffr Temple University Health System, Inc.
