Responsibilities include:

• Foster enriching relationships to build lifelong clientele.
• Exhibit consultative skills. Help customers select a vehicle by asking questions and listening attentively to their responses.
• Continuously develop product and sales perspective to become the vehicle authority. Know product ins and outs, packages, options, and the latest technologies.
• Perform high-quality professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business success.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Report directly to Sales Manager regarding goals, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
• Bring your best game with a positive attitude to work with every day

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends

• Phenomena communication skills with customers and team members.
