We are seeking a Captain to support FPS operations across Atlanta, GA and surrounding regions. The Captain is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of employees and supporting operational requirements. Pay Transparency: $86,000 Responsibilities Ensure officers are following post orders and contract requirements. Conduct inspections. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and operational issues. Ensure all required reports and complete administrative tasks. Qualifications Strong leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours and be on call as required to support operations. Travel as needed between FPS sites. Experience Minimum of two (2) years of security management on federal or government contracts or military leadership experience. Must have experience managing security personnel, scheduling, and operational staffing. Must have experience of responding and managing security incidents and emergencies. Experience conducting site assessments, post inspections, or compliance audits. Prefer knowledge of FPS contracts and federal compliance requirements. Education Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
