Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
Load and unload materials manually or using warehouse equipment.
Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, walkie riders, and pallet jacks, as required.

Requirement:

Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms.

Compensation
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
