Production Packers WantedPrimary Staffing is hiring Production Packers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for packing plastic food containers, inspecting products for quality, and preparing finished products for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.ResponsibilitiesPack plastic food containers according to production standards.Inspect products for defects and ensure quality requirements are met.Count and stack finished products into boxes.Label and prepare completed boxes for shipment.Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.Follow all company safety and quality procedures.Assist with loading materials and clearing minor machine jams when needed.RequirementsAbility to stand for the entire shift.Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Comfortable working in a hot environment.BenefitsCompetitive hourly payWeekly payFull-time opportunityHands-on trainingCareer growth opportunitiesPay Rate1st Shift (5:45 AM – 6:15 PM): $17.25/hour3rd Shift (5:45 PM – 6:15 AM): $18.25/hourScheduleRotating 12-hour scheduleFull-TimeApply Today!
