- Conduct FBAs , develop individualized BSPs , and monitor progress to guide ongoing treatment.
- Coach and support families/caregivers in implementing behavior strategies at home.
- Provide structured skill-building sessions and support reduction of challenging behaviors.
- Ensure the safety, health, and daily well-being of youth in your care .
- Observe, collect, and report behavioral data; implement treatment procedures as outlined.
- Coordinate care and maintain communication with the Behavior Consultant and other providers.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience, paired with reliable transportation (travel is required)
- Demonstrated knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Previous experience with social/emotional disabilities preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wrap-around team
