CLO Portfolio Analyst

Our client is a global alternative asset manager with a strong presence in structured credit and leveraged finance , managing capital across institutional strategies. The firm has built a differentiated CLO platform focused on active portfolio management, disciplined underwriting, and long‑term investor partnerships. The U.S. team operates as a lean, collaborative group , working closely across investing, trading, and risk functions. CLO Portfolio Analyst – U.S. Credit Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day management of CLO portfolios, including performance monitoring, analytics, and reporting Review and validate cash flows, trustee reports, and investor distributions Conduct cash flow modeling, stress testing, and waterfall analysis Support the full CLO lifecycle (warehouses, new issuance, resets/refis, liquidations) Work closely with traders on loan trade execution, settlements, and documentation Maintain portfolio data across internal systems (e.g., Allvue, WSO, ClearPar) Coordinate with internal teams across legal, compliance, risk, and finance Track portfolio P&L and support investor reporting and ad‑hoc requests Candidate Profile 8+ years of experience in CLOs, structured credit, or leveraged loan portfolios Strong understanding of CLO structures, indentures, and cash flow waterfalls Detail‑oriented with a balance of analytical and operational skillsets Advanced Excel skills; experience with Intex, Bloomberg, Allvue or similar systems preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; CFA or advanced degree a plus Why This Role Broad exposure across portfolio management, trading, and structuring Opportunity to join a growing CLO platform within a global manager Collaborative environment with significant responsibility and visibility #J-18808-Ljbffr Selby Jennings
