Schedule: PRN (as needed)

Compensation: Hourly Rate

Includes malpractice coverage with tail provisions.

This is a remarkable opportunity for a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established practice, supported by a strong referral network and the extensive resources of a comprehensive health system.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Provide high-quality, comprehensive patient care with an emphasis on building relationships
• Evaluate patients' current health risks
• Focus on disease prevention, education, and early detection
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care

• Multiple clinics located in Indianapolis, Carmel, and Kokomo

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• MD/DO credentials from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board must be obtained prior to the start date or job transfer.
• Advanced Life Support certification preferred; accepted from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) is required.
