As our Head of Executive Talent Acquisition, you will be the architect of our executive hiring strategy, blending the art of relationship-building with the science of data-driven recruiting. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.What You’ll Work On:Lead the end-to-end executive search strategy for C-suite and senior leadership roles, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals. Leverage advanced recruiting technologies—such as AI-powered sourcing platforms, CRM systems, and talent analytics dashboards—to identify and engage top-tier executive talent. Build and maintain a robust executive talent pipeline using market mapping, competitive intelligence, and predictive analytics. Partner closely with the CPO, SVP of HR, and senior leadership to define role requirements, success profiles, and cultural fit. Champion a data-informed approach to decision-making, using metrics to refine sourcing strategies, reduce time-to-fill, and improve candidate experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $125,300.00 to $233,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
