Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist - CVRM Primary Care - Kalamazoo, MI

AstraZeneca seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist to promote cardiovascular and metabolic products to primary care physicians in the Kalamazoo area. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, communicating clinical information, and executing sales strategies across assigned territories.
Responsibilities
- Develop clinical knowledge of disease states and treatment guidelines
- Communicate product information and clinical differentiation to healthcare professionals
- Execute call plans and analyze territory data to build actionable business strategies
- Build relationships with primary care providers to establish unmet needs and product positioning
- Engage customers through both digital platforms and face-to-face interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 0–2+ years of sales, B2B, or commercial experience
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic sales plans
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions
