About the Position

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy, with a bachelor’s or associate degree.
• Active Physical Therapist license required to apply. Applicants licensed outside of CA must be eligible for CA PT licensure prior to hire.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Experience managing caseloads typical of outpatient clinics, including oversight of PT aides and support staff.
• Clinical experience in outpatient specialties such as orthopedic, neuro, and post-operative rehabilitation.
