Now Hiring Cafe Attendant/Barista for a Corporate Caffe (Monday to Thursday) $20.50/hr + $20/day in meal vouchers This client is seeking individuals who have a passion for food and service! You will be responsible for your espresso bar, health & safety standards, speed, quality, and consistency, with a high level of customer service and guest relations. We will teach you everything you need in our Barista training program where you will thrive with hands‑on trainers guiding you through our program designed to bring our knowledge to your unique style. This position is based on site. Day to Day Creating and serving tasty coffee & tea based drinks in a timely manner Keeping counters clean and stocked – cleaning soda machines – brewing coffee for breakfast service – brewing tea for lunch service – answering customer questions – cutting lemons Key Qualifications Strong listening skills and verbal communication to connect with our customers. Multi‑tasking ability in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment. Strong time‑management skills. Excellent organizational skills that will amaze customers. Honesty, integrity, and reliability. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Flexibility to adapt as the day changes. Culinary artistry in espresso with passion and attention to detail. Requirements 1‑4 years of experience in customer service or high‑volume food service, preferably larger, innovative corporate programs, in‑house or 3rd‑party; or food & beverage experience in a full‑service hotel, resort or multi‑restaurant chain. Extraordinarily service‑oriented – mandatory high level of customer service. Dynamic and agile – highly organized, able to switch between locations and job duties. Approved Food Handler’s Card and non‑slip shoes prior to first day of work. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience Guest services: 1 year (Preferred) Barista experience: 1 year (Required) Work Conditions You will spend time sitting, standing, and walking throughout the Café. Standing 100% of the time. May be required to lift up to 50 pounds. Fast‑paced work environment; multi‑tasking and high‑volume service. Exposure to cold, heat and water in kitchens and restaurants. What's in this for you?
