Our mission is to make life transitions easier, less stressful, and more organized for our clients.Position SummaryAs an onsite team member, you'll work hands-on with our team to sort, organize, pack, and resettle/unpack client belongings. You'll be part of a team that handles projects with care, respect, and efficiency — often in clients' homes.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in sorting, organizing, packing, and unpacking household items.Help stage and prepare items for estate sales, online auctions, or donations.Safely lift, carry, and transport items of various sizes and weights.Follow team leader directions to ensure projects are completed on time.Treat client possessions with care and maintain a respectful, professional demeanor.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at each job site.QualificationsNo prior experience required — we provide training.Ability to lift 25 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods.Reliable transportation to job sites (locations vary).Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.Strong communication and teamwork skills.What We OfferFlexible scheduling — great for retirees, students, and those seeking part-time work.Paid training and opportunities to grow within the company.A rewarding job helping people through important life transitions.Compensation$21 per hour
