This role sits within the FSS Learning & Development (L&D) team as part of Business Enablement in Financial Services and Solutions, a highly collaborative, forward-thinking team focused on building the skills, tools, and capabilities that drive performance across the organization.As part of this team, you'll play a key role in bringing strategy to life, partnering closely with L&D peers and Abilities):Education/TrainingDegree, or equivalent experienceFamiliarity with ADDIE or SAM learning frameworks and/or other similar methodologies is a plusBusiness ExperienceProven experience (at least 3 years) in specific roles/experiences neededExperience implementing and managing a learning management system (LMS)Experience applying instructional design methodologies and working with authoring tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Ceros, or similarExperience leveraging AI tools in content development, instructional design, or learning technology with a working knowledge of generative AI, prompt engineering, and emerging agentic AI capabilities.Experience managing or working on small matrixed teams and experience leading projects across functional boundariesResourceful,
